A défaut de testament, votre patrimoine est transmis à vos héritiers, suivant les règles successorales prévues par la loi. Si vous n’avez pas d’héritier, vos biens reviennent automatiquement à l’État.
Affiliée à la Confédération Nationale Défense de l’Animal reconnue d’utilité publique, l’École du Chat Libre du Parisis est habilitée à recevoir des donations et des legs exonérés des droits de succession. Ce qui signifie que l’intégralité de votre donation est consacrée à la cause Animale.
Une donation consiste à céder une partie de vos biens présents, sous réserve du respect des droits des héritiers. La donation, établie par le notaire, est un acte irrévocable, sans contrepartie et définitif.
Vous pouvez choisir de céder temporairement les produits procurés par des biens, meubles ou immeubles, à une Fondation Reconnue d’Utilité Publique tout en conservant la nue-propriété du bien ainsi que la possibilité d’en retrouver la pleine propriété à l’issue d’une durée déterminée. Par exemple les revenus d’un bien immobilier, les loyers d’un immeuble, les revenus d’un portefeuille…
En contrepartie, une disposition de la loi sur l’impôt sur la solidarité permet au donateur de ne pas être taxé sur le bien dont il a transmis l’usufruit. Cette donation doit être effectuée par un acte notarié et pour une durée d’au moins 3 ans.
